Most of our Christmas present opening is done Christmas Eve, which I've actually really come to appreciate as I've gotten older. That turns Christmas day into a time to just relax with the family. As tradition holds, we ate our big "country breakfast",  lounged around in our matching pj's, and remained lazy bums all day. Eating way too much food, watching movies together... Mom and Uncle Kevin played their nerdy word games, the boys played their beyblades (that and Yu-gio will never get old? I don't ask anymore...), all the while being serenaded by the beautiful Shelby Lynn.

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)
